I make this most mornings for breakfast, and don't get tired of it, though you could change up the fruit if you wanted something different.

Parfait Recipe
Dairy free coconut yogurt (I use cocojune)
Blueberries, raspberries, and cut up strawberries.
Hand full of walnuts
Drizzle of Almond Butter
Drizzle of Honey
